It would change the following:
1. Order the bars from biggest to smallest.
2. Due to the long category description, I would put the bars horizontally
3. If you want to emphasize the offices with most sales, I would add a cumulative line, and a threshold line, say 80% to see which offices contribute to the 80% of sales (Pareto chart)

Since you are already stating in the title that the amounts are per thousand, i would suggest getting rid of the legend. Clean it by deleting gridlines.
You can also present this as a horizontal bar instead of vertical since the text of your categories is long and gets cut in the current format.
A nice touch will be to create a map and divide it by regions and show the # per region on the map instead of on a bar graph.
