I tried remaking this pie chart triplet from @USDA as a parallel coordinates plot. I’m usually not a fan of parallel coordinate plots because they’re often too busy and look like spaghetti. I posted my remake on Twitter and it spurred a bit of a conversation, so I’m reposting here.
