I’m very excited to welcome Kennedy Elliott to this week’s episode of The PolicyViz Podcast. Kennedy is a member of the graphics department at the Washington Post and part of the team that recently won a Pulitzer Prize for their work on police shootings in the U.S. Kennedy also recently gave a talk at the OpenVisConf on data visualization research. We talk about her work on the Post’s Fatal Force project, her talk at OpenVisConf, and a range of other challenges communicating important stories to Washington Post readers.

As always, please let me know if you have suggestions or comments about the show. And please let others know about the show by rating and reviewing the show on iTunes or your favorite podcast provider, or sending out a note to your networks.
