In this week’s episode of the PolicyViz Podcast, I’m joined by Priya Krishnakumar, a visual/data journalist at the LA Times. I’m a big fan of Priya’s work and her colleagues at the LA Times. For me in particular, I think they do some of the best data visualization annotation in the business. On this week’s show, Priya and I talk about her work at the paper and what it means to be a data journalist and to “do” data journalism. We also talk about some of the ways she and others in the news desk think about ways to engage readers.
