On this week’s episode of The PolicyViz Podcast, I’m pleased to welcome Evan Sinar to the show. Evan is the Chief Scientist and Vice President at Development Dimensions International (DDI) in Pittsburgh. Evan is a Industrial and Organizational Psychologist (I/O Psych) and, as if not interesting enough, he is also deeply engaged with making data easier to visualize and use.

In this week’s episode, Evan and I talk about big data in I/O Psych, the importance of annotation in data visualization, his view on the biggest dataviz sins, and his favorite dataviz tools.

Today (Tuesday, October 11) is the last day to vote for the 2016 KANTAR Information is Beautiful Awards, so please vote for The PolicyViz Podcast for Best DataViz Website by going to this link and selecting the big “VOTE” button!

Thanks again for tuning in! If you enjoyed this week’s show, please share it and leave a rating on iTunes. Ratings and reviews are much appreciated and very important in the iTunes ranking algorithm–the most ratings, the better chance of others finding the show.
