For the final episode in 2015, I’m excited to welcome Giorgia Lupi and Stefanie Posavec back to the show to talk about their year of Dear Data, their analog data visualization project. Our conversation is a bit broader than just about the Dear Data project. I was curious about their reflections on whether the project changed their creative process and their perceptions of the data visualization field. Giorgia and Stefanie also make a special announcement at the end of the episode–if you’ve followed the project, you’re probably aware of it, but if not, stay tuned!

I also want to thank this week’s sponsor, the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA), where I am an adjunct faculty member where I teach statistics, data visualization, and Excel.

I hope you’ve enjoyed the last few months of The PolicyViz Podcast. I have a great line-up of guests for 2016 to talk about data, data visualization, open data, and other related topics. If you have ideas for guests or how to improve the show, please let me know! Post a comment below or send me a note on Twitter or via email.
